Black Blade of Disaster. This spell enables the caster to create a black, blade-shaped planar rift, about 5 feet long. It jumps into the caster's hand and is used as a normal sword, remaining there for the duration of the spell. The caster wields the blade as if proficient with the weapon, and brandishes it with a base THAC0 of 0.

Black blade is a DM spell. It's just a shame they didn't give it a CR when they gave one to bigby's hand.. That being said Blade of Disaster has one niche use, against bosses. Meteor Swarm can't damage the same creature more than once and Blade of Disaster's concentration allows the caster to use it multiple rounds in a row all against.
